P&G Settles with Willa

Upstart skin care company can keep its name.

David scored another victory over Goliath this week as Procter & Gamble has settled a trademark infringement case it brought against a Connecticut maker of skin care products. P&G sued the company named Willa, claiming it caused confusion with its hair care brand Wella. The New York Times reported that the two sides settled the dispute this week, but terms were not disclosed. Willa will be able to continue its brand name, The Times reported....
